Payment Policy

Payment for all services are due in full at the time of service.  To assist you, we offer several easy payment options:

Cash or Check:

Payments can be paid in full by cash or check on or before the day of service.

Credit Card:

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.

Our financing options:

We can help you set up a payment plan for the services performed. We will be happy to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan with Care Credit, but this must be accomplished prior to the actual procedure. Examples include:

• 0% Short term payment plans can be prearranged in-office.

• Interest free financing for up to 12 months.

• Long term financing: Please contact us prior to service to arrange a long-term program suitable for your budget.
